live plants
Due to the nature of live plants, all plant sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on live plants once they have left our care.
Plants are living organisms and may respond differently to changes in environment, light, watering, and humidity. Variations in size, color, and appearance are normal and not considered defects.
If you believe a plant was damaged or unhealthy at the time of purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the plant with clear photos and a description of the issue. Each concern will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
non-plant items
Non-living items (such as pots, tools, or accessories, if offered) may be eligible for return if:

Approved returns may be refunded to the original form of payment or issued as store credit, at our discretion.
workshops, events, and classes
Fees for workshops, events, or classes are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible—store credit may be offered at our discretion.
shipping issues (if applicable)
Roots & Tendrils is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
refund processing
If a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. Any approved exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability.
