shipping availability
Shipping availability may vary based on season, weather conditions, and product type. At this time, Roots & Tendrils may limit or pause shipping to ensure the health and safety of live plants.
We reserve the right to cancel or delay shipments due to extreme temperatures or other conditions that could negatively affect plant health.
processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
During peak seasons, holidays, or special releases, processing times may be longer.

We use reputable shipping carriers to deliver orders as safely and efficiently as possible. Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

live plant shipping
Live plants are shipped with care, but once they leave our facility, conditions during transit are outside of our control. Roots & Tendrils is not responsible for:

shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
lost or delayed packages
Roots & Tendrils is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If an issue occurs, we encourage customers to contact the carrier directly. We will provide tracking information to assist when possible.
incorrect addresses
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent. Refunds will not be issued for orders affected by address errors.
local pickup (if applicable)
If local pickup is offered, pickup instructions and timeframes will be provided at checkout or via confirmation email. Orders not picked up within the stated timeframe may be forfeited without refund.
